It is a great pleasure to go through with centurial
educational institution, St. Francis Xavier’s Girls’
School & College. She has been continuing her
journey though there are so many obstacles. The
institution was founded by RMDM sisters to
enlighten the oppressive girls and women. This
institution does not pay importance only for bookish
knowledge, but encourage students practicing
morality, mental and social development and to be
patriotic in future.

It is great delight on the successful development in
each and every sector of this institution. I also feel
very proud and excited to see the success story of this
institution. On the eve of establishing St. Francis
Xavier’s Girls’ School & College, our motivation is to
produce highly skilled women empowerment with
professional care of the country. Education is the back
born of a nation. It is education which enlightens our
mind, for tomorrow belongs to those who prepare for
it today, so there will be no room for compromise with
education and rules and regulations in this institution.
It is our earnest desire to provide the moral values
and quality education for the pupils. More than just
rendering quality education, we will endeavor to see
our students grow academically, professionally and

socially to compete with future needs. So, we aim at
providing a sound academic education and would
provide emphasis on skills that are blended with
morality and ethics and human allocate.

I desire to see the pupils of this institution stand out in
their own career anywhere in the world. To see the
dream come true we are committed to provide
necessary guidance, talented teaching staffs and all
available modern facilities. We are on a voyage to
elevate the creativity, individuality, knowledge and
superintendence ability to give the pupils with
competitive mentality.
